IInvitations/Guidelines
The centre profoundly invites the donors from outside and up country for giving their assistance at the centre; it is voluntary and not compulsory.
The donors especially foreigners are prohibited by the centre management from not INDULGE the activities of the centre which are beyond and their capacity as visitors
The foreigners ought, firstly to consult the head of the centre title rank, the executive director for the sake of visiting the children it is absolutely emphasized.
The trademark titled TunaHAKI CENTRE for Child Development is individual and that nobody else is supposed to use the trademark on his/her own interest, incase wishes to do so he/she is advised to seek/consult the permission to be authorized by the directors of the TunaHAKI Centre for Child Development or the Executive Director of the centre.
The donors regardless their nationalities are prohibited to make conversion with the children at the centre without being given permission from the authority concern.
The foster parents of TunaHAKI centre are Tanzanians by nationality and that the foreigners are merely y donors and are not bound by organisazation enterprises whatsoever.
Any donor (foreigner) is hinders to talk secretly with a child by individual without being accomplished by one of volunteers from the centre, by assisting the child to understand of what was said by foreigner, gifts, should not individualize the children both habit of individualizing the children can make the centre to loose the children and also the children can change their reputation, from abiding at the centre.
TunaHAKI Centre for Child Development normally seldom employ not withstanding admit the applicants whom usually apply for volunteering where as the organization is a non – profit organization.
Guidelines
- No photos or any kind of copying will be taken without prior admission from TunaHAKI management.
- Further, it is not authorized to make application or attempt to adopt or use organization’s logo, signs or such type of documents without legal ratification from the TunaHAKI Executive Director.
- Notwithstanding, TunaHAKI is an unique organization that cares children as a single family, therefore its activities may differ to other organizations, so we encourage volunteers/ workers not to replicate their own from other organization.
- No volunteer will be accepted at TunaHAKI Centre unless s/he has paid commitment fees. Further, commitment fees will be paid at TunaHAKI centre followed acknowledgement receipt issued by the management.
- We respect children’s rights and dignity as the children that the management discourages any kind of abuse, sexual relationship with children, alternatively it is highly prohibited to any volunteer/ person to contact or interview a child directly or indirectly unless s/he has got admission from the management.
- Volunteer will meant any person working with children at TunaHAKI Centre; s/he will not claim any insurance, overtime or any kind of payment from the office.
